Ivan mows the carpet

I hope this comes out all right. It seems too dark, but Ivan is using his favorite "lawn mowing" toy. Every small toy becomes a cell phone, every long toy is a mower. If he has a stick, cane, walker, box, he pulls an imaginary string, starts pushing and includes motor noises. Although the lawn doesn't need mowing, since we've had very little rain, lots of projects are getting done here. This morning dad fixed a hole in the kitchen floor. Yesterday he and Brian put sheet metal around our pecan tree to keep the squirrels from stealing our pecans (don't worry nature lovers, there are plenty of pecans around to keep them fat and happy, without eating ours). Works been done to fix ceiling fan switches, water pressure, a cabinet door... Mom has about taken over cooking, so that's a treat for me and in those rare moments when I'm having contractions, at which time Ivan always seems to want to use my belly as a trampoline, Dad usually takes the little guy on a walk. Dad was laughing at how everyone knows who Ivan is. Half the neighborhood will honk and holler at Ivan or stop and say hi if they see him out. He's a real celebrity.

We may get to the other museum today that was closed yesterday. We'll see. Or maybe a pool!

Pool sounds good. Maybe that would help delivery day along.
I'm sure every day every one wonders is "TODAY"
the day.

our phone has been ringing off the hook with enquiries as to our state of affairs. Mon. the doctor wants to do a non-stress test and sonogram to see how the little lady is fairing.
